Summary
Our games do not currently ask users to create a separate account with Chaos Ape Studios or directly submit personal information to us in order to play. We do not sell personal information.
Some of our games now use Google Play Games Services features such as achievements and daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboards. Where our games are distributed through Google Play or use platform features provided by Google or a device manufacturer, those third parties may process limited data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Website Data and Security Tools

Games and Google Play
For our current games and apps, Chaos Ape Studios does not intentionally collect personal information directly from players inside the game itself beyond information needed for integrated platform features.
Some games use Google Play Games Services for achievements and daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboards. When those features are used, Google may process information associated with your Google Play Games profile and gameplay activity, such as your player identifier, gamer profile, achievement progress, leaderboard rankings, and related game activity, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy and Play Games settings.
Depending on a player's Google Play Games privacy settings, some profile or gameplay information may be visible through Google Play Games features to that player or to other users, as controlled by Google. Chaos Ape Studios does not control Google's account, profile visibility, or Play Games privacy settings.
If a game later adds further features such as cloud saves, multiplayer services, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or in-app purchases that involve additional data handling, we will update this Privacy Policy and related store disclosures as needed.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We only share information when reasonably necessary to operate our website or communications, such as with email or hosting providers, or where a platform provider such as Google processes data in connection with app distribution or platform functionality, including Google Play Games Services achievements and leaderboards.
Data Retention and Deletion
If you send us a message, we retain that correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep business records, handle follow-up requests, or meet legal obligations.
Because our current games do not create player accounts with Chaos Ape Studios or store player-submitted personal profiles with us, there is generally no player account data for us to delete directly. Play Games profile, achievements, and leaderboard data are managed through Google and the player's Google account and Play Games settings. If you would like us to delete prior email or contact correspondence that you have sent us, contact [email protected].
